Change Metrash Mobile Number by Visiting the Official Website (MOI)
Visit the official website of the Ministry of Interior (MOI).
Click on the Inquiries Icon
After visiting the official MOI website click on the Inquiries Icon. These inquiries will show some services tab which is provided by the ministry. Click on inquiries:
Select Metrash
When you click on the inquiries button following the above instructions, you have multiple MOI services. You have to select Metrash, The image is attached for your reference:
Click on Metrash for Individual
After that you have three other options, but you have to select “Metrash for Individuals“.
Enter Your Details to Change Your Metrash App Registration Number
You will be required to enter your QID number and new mobile number, choose the language of your choice enter the verification code and select change the number. I have attached an image for your reference.

Change Metrash App Registration Number from Mobile Application
To change your mobile number using the Metrash app, follow the same steps as I explained earlier for the website. The process is similar; the only difference is that you’ll be using the mobile app.
Simply log in to your Metrash app, go to the Inquiries section, and proceed with the same steps. For your convenience, I’ve attached an image below to guide you through the process.

In case of any situation in which your mobile phone number gets updated, it is necessary to change the mobile number because you will face the following issues if it does not get changed on time:
