What is NOC?
A No Objection Certificate is a legal document that states that the issuer has no objection to the details in the papers. The organization can issue NOC.

Procedure to Change Job in Qatar
You can change your job in Qatar by the following method

Step 1: Notifying the employer
The employee or worker must inform his employer through the Electronic System of the ADLSA. If he has been in the job for 2 years or less then the notice period of one month is mandatory, and 2 month notice for more than 2 years in the same company.
Step 2: Required Documents
The worker should express his intention to change jobs through the electronic notification system of ADLSA with the following documents:
- ADLSA change of employer form
- Copy of contract signed with former employer euthanized by ADLSA.
Step 3: Receiving the SMS
The worker and new employer will receive a message (SMS) from ADLSA confirming the change of employment. The new employer should initiate the electronic employment contract ADLAโs digital Athenian system.
Step 4: Print Out the Employment Contract
The next employer has to print out the employment contract & discuss signing it with the worker.
Step 5: Signed the Employment Contract
The new employer is bound to Upload a Signed Employment Contract on ADLSAโs Digital Authentication System & pay the fee QAR 60.
Step 6: Submit The Request
When an employment contract is authenticated, the new employer should submit a request for a new Qatar ID to the Ministry of Interior.
